Digital Scrap Cafe - Clean and Simple Challenge No 4

This month's challenge was to use one of two templates by FeMarini. I have used the brilliant kit by Dream's Pieces kit called From This Moment. The kit can be found at the Digital Scrap Cafe.

Digi Chick - Template Challenge 24th August

This week we were given a fabulous template by Suzanne Baird. I have combined it with the August week 4 challenge over on UK Scrappers set by the Chocolate Buttons. Their challenge was to scrap about happiness, chocolate, buttons and a stamp. I have used a digital font for the title that looks like it has been stamped onto the layout.

These are photos of Zoe enjoying her first ever chocolate at the age of 10 months.

I have used the Unconditional Love kit which is a collaboration kit available at the Digi Chick.

Digi Chick - Scraplift Challenge 21st August

This week we were asked to scraplift a layout from the extremely talented Lisa Dickinson. I have chosen her layout called Poser.

I have done my layout using the fab new kit from the Digi Chick called Butterflies in Heaven which is a collaboration between Dani Alencar and Pamela Donnis

Digital Scrap Cafe - Scraplift 17th August

I have used the beautiful kit called From This Moment by Dream's Pieces. This kit is fabulous with lots of blacks and whites with the odd dash of reds and greens - stunning. The kit is available from the Digital Scrap Cafe here

Digi Chick - Sketch Challenge 17th August

I have combined this week's Digi Chick challenge with the weekly challenge over on UK Scrappers. I have used the My Day My Life kit by Madame Wing and a couple of papers from August's Grab Bag also by Madame Wing. The template was provided by Jubee Fish.

The challenge on UKS was to use space literraly or as a theme, a prime number (I have 3 photos), an outdoor theme (a recent to visit to a kids farm) and bling or yellow.

This week's challenge was to create a recipe for your favourite drink. Well on a hot Summer's day (not that we have many of these!) it has to be a jug of Pimms doesn't it.

UK Scrappers - August Week 2

This week's challenge was set by the Scatty Scrappers. Their challenge was to create a layout using a love theme, to use 5 of something, memories, and a technique not used in a while.

I have used 5 photos and my love theme is a Daddy and Daughter cuddle - what greater love is there, I have journalled on the layout to record the memory and the technique used is to apply an overlay which I have applied glitter to - I haven't done in a while.

The papers and elements are all from the Digi Chick (Madame Wing's August Grab Bag - Daydreaming, Sugar Plum Paperie - Candy Sunshine and the bling frame is from the Cherry Delight collaboration kit) and the overlay was a freebie from the Digital Scrapbook Place.

Digi Chick - Sketch Challenge 3rd August

This week's sketch was provided by JubeeFish. I have used Madame Wing's August Grab Bag for the papers and elements are from the Sweet Flowers kit also from Madame Wing's August grab bag. The alphas are by Sugar Plum Paperie and are called Little Paper Bits. The journal block is from the Cherry Delight kit from Digi Chick. The font used for the journalling is a 2 Peas one. I am also using this layout for the August Week 1 weekly challenge on UK Scrappers for full points.
